"NSG aims to be a premier EPC provider of turnkey environmentally friendly technologies related to waste water treatment and municipal solid waste processing by deploying its patented biological technologies to serve our Eco system and enhance quality of life for human kind."

NSG's patented Bio-Digestion process achieves five primary objectives:

  1. Inhibits anaerobic bacteria responsible for gas formulation such as Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Ammonia, Methane, Mercaptan and Indole.
  2. Narrows all active cultures into system friendly cultures.
  3. Stimulates an enhanced state of aerobic bacteria generation within the plants thus reducing reliance on high maintenance electro mechanical apparatus.
  4. Treats waste water by liquefaction of organic sludge to organic pathogen free Nitrogen  rich solutions.
  5. Decomposes organic substances and grease to enhanced safe nitrogen rich effluents.

The effluent discharged from our treatment plants could be reused in irrigation and is free of mal-odors, pathogens as well as rich in safe organic substances and minerals for soil amendments and natural plant nutrients. If effluent is not used for irrigation, it can be safely discharged into water streams, storm sewers and into general nature while complying with domestic, national and international codes and standards.

Bio-Digestion operation

Waste water to be treated is collected in the bio-reactor, where the biological process is taking place. Injection of eco-bio nutrients and compressed air or Oxy-bac transforms the dissolved air to oxygen; activating the eco-enzymes and microorganisms. Treated water overflows by gravity from the bio-reactor to the settling, clarified and storage tanks. Settled activated sludge in the bottom of each tank is collected and pumped back to the bio-reactor for further digestion and meta-bolisation.

Bio-Digestion Mechanism

Eco-Bio products stimulate naturally occurring electrochemical reaction which creates slow moving water current in the bio-reactor tank. The current moves at the speed of 8m/h. This water movements cause aeration and oxidation. Fluctuated bacteria are transformed to aerobic bacteria. Settled sludge in the bottom of the tank moved up to the surface by force of these currents within the tank due to the electrochemical reaction. Selected organic agents in our eco-bio family of products, chelate the suspended copper in the effluent which inhibits  the growth of anaerobic bacteria activities and therefore stop odorous gas formation.
