Operational Mechanism

  • The Eco-digestion products by its electrochemical reaction, create a water movement in the Bioreactor tank, moving 8 meters per hour.
  • This water movements cause aeration and oxidation.
  • Due to this water movement, the fluctuative bacteria is transformed to aerobic bacteria.

 

Odor & Pathegon Mitigation

  • The selected organic carrier in the eco-Digestion bio products, chelate the suspended copper in the influent.
  • Once chelated, the resulting copper inhibits the anaerobic bacteria activities and thus stop odourful gas formation.
  • The continuous water movements caused by the eco-Digestion bio- products reduce the pathogens in the influent up to 98%.


Electromechanical Equipment

  • Submersible waste water pumps are used to pump the liquefied sludge from the settling and clarifier tanks to the Bioreactor, for further digestion and metabolization of the organic substances.
  • Air Blower, is operated 8-12 hrs/day to diffuse oxygen in the Bioreactor to regenerate the microorganisms and eco-enzymes in the Bioreactor.
  • Dosing system to inject the eco-bio-products.


Environemnetally Friendly Solids Digestion Process
  • The Eco-Digestion bio products break down and dissolve all the organic substances in waste water, including tissue papers, detergent and other organic wastes.
  • The Eco-Digestion products contains eco-enzymes to digest and metabolize the organic substances, grease, fats, and hydrocarbon.
  • Metobolizition solubilizes the phosphorus while converting the ammonium to Nitrates (nitrification).
  • The Bio-Digestion  process  performs the opposite function of natural decomposition by anarobic digestion (denitrification or demethanisation).
  • Eco-Digestion Bio products reduce the undesirable parameters in the influent, keeping the desirable parameters in the effluents to be reused in irrigation, enriching the soil with organic matter and plant nutrients, respecting the ecological balance in nature.
